Health Care Facility Account Clerk
Distribute UCSL RF Funds and properly account for same in automated system
Assist with purchases for residents requiring assistance with spending
Assist residents with budgeting personal funds
Banking deposit/withdrawal procedures
Schedule Medical Appointments and transportation.
Schedule & Assist with initial SSI telephone interviews.
Complete Annual SSI telephone interviews
Paying vendor and personal services invoices for residents.
Processing financial mail for residents that Facility maintains Rep Payee.
Closing RF accounts
Quarterly reports
Office communications and correspondence via phone, files, email.
