Our client, an innovative and growing technology corporation in Utica, NY is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources who will support strategic and tactical facets of Human Resource applications in the design, development, and implementation of appropriate programs and policies by working closely with assigned client groups. Successful candidate will be energetic, possess a passion for implementing positive change, and demonstrate a proven ability to provide strategic and tactical direction within Global Human Resources.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach to human resources and who can effectively engage employees. The Senior Manager of Human Resources will be a key player on the management team and will be looked to for innovative ideas and the ability to think creatively as the organization embarks on new global HR initiatives.
There will be a wide range of responsibilities within this role including managing two direct reports, helping to develop and implement a new culture across the organization, and working with management to design development and talent retention programs in support of organization needs. In addition, the Senior Manager of HR will oversee the communication and program efforts for all employees, and act as a senior advisor on HR issues.
