Human Resources Manager

Location : Utica, NY, USA


Responsibilities:
Implement and interpret HR policies to provide guidelines for behavior within the organization
Maintain continuous availability and frequent contact with employees
Manage human resources activities in client group such as hiring, termination, training, employee services etc.
, in accordance with company policies, laws and regulations
Complete required paperwork and ensure files, records, logs etc.
are maintained and current
Train, orient employees in new programs, and respond to questions and resolve problems

Qualifications:
Five to seven years experience within human resources
One to two years supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
