Summary:
Strong, well established financial services firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial consultant. The successful candidate must have an established client base, and a desire to work in the Central New York area. Series 7 is highly preferred.
Financial Consultant will assist clients with all financial goals. May be responsible for one or more Sales Assistant I or II. May work as a team with other Financial Consultant I, II and/or III but mainly works individually with complete responsibility of actions.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work directly with clients in and out of the office.
Serve as troubleshooter, and may handle and/or delegate routine service procedures.
Upon client request, prepare paperwork to transfer ownership of assets to trusts, estate, family members, etc.; handle or delegate IRA matters and transactions in clients' business retirement plans; provide information for income taxes to clients or their tax preparers; serve as liaison between clients and any outside service providers we may have recommended.
Place trades, handle market-related problems, margin issues, etc. with personal clients and other Financial Consultant III's clients.
Assign tasks such as correspondence, account paperwork, etc. to staff to prepare.
Work directly with personal clients in all aspects of their financial needs, including researching and preparing proposals for investment recommendations.
Requirements:
3
years experience as a successful Financial Consultant, Adviser or comparable position
Series 7 highly preferred; Series 63, 66, CFA or CFP certification may be considered
Existing book of business
Strong motivation to work in Central New York
Salary will be completely dependent on experience and performance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
