Duties:
Responsible for oversight of IT operations inclusive of network, hardware, databases and software applications.
Serves as Database Administrator for all agency-wide databases, including appropriate security access levels, staff training, data integrity, vendor relationships, system design, and backup availability. Ensure integration of all
systems.
Identifies new technology needs and serves as project manager for technology projects including research and provide recommendations for appropriate software applications and or upgrades, primary contact with vendors for issues and/or customized needs.
Identifies and implements changes to improve data collection and management,
and reporting.
Hire, direct, supervise, train, evaluate and terminate department staff.
Develop policies, plans and budgets for department.
Act as the organizations Security Officer role maintaining all required functions per regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of all work related information.
Work Experience Requirements: Five years IT/IS systems and analysis, management, with oversight responsibility
Educational Requirements (minimum): Bachelor's Degree in IT
Knowledge: Network environments, database applications, software applications, system integrations
Skills Required Broad based knowledge of IT/IS including data security, database design, network environments, integrations, software applications and analysis. Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, flexibility, innovation, and urgency.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
