Responsibilities:
Make themselves available to always communicate with the client (or designee) while on duty.
Maintain a position of high visibility and always demonstrate professional conduct.
Remain alert, vigilant, and prepared to respond to any threat that may arise.
Limit personal cell phone usage so as not to become a distraction from their duty.
When incidents arise at a location, make every effort to inform the client of the incident as it develops or as soon as possible.
Report & document all incidents that occur, providing a statement of events via email prior to the conclusion of their shift.
Assist the client, when individuals become disruptive or interfere with the client's day to day operations.
Support the client if individuals become vulgar, belligerent, and abusive towards self, employees, or others.
Contact the law enforcement agency of jurisdiction if the client desires a police report for a criminal incident occurring on the property such as theft, burglary, or criminal mischief.
