They are an 100% employee owned company and they are looking for a Superintendent to come and join their team to help them with a huge high-rise projects.Job Responsibilities Provide overall administrative and technical management on projects Managing on site construction and manage labor, subcontractors and consultants Administration of jobsite safety programs, quality management Manage overall schedule coordination and supervision What you'll need Bachelors in Construction Management or related field - or at least 5 years in construction OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Understanding of building specifications/plans Knowledge of safety standards

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
