oPrior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
oPrior Warehouse Managing and overseeing employees experience preferred.
oPrior Dispatching is preferred.
oStrong computer skills required oMust have a strong work ethic with specific attention to detail Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Operational Manager:
Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and conference calls A Company cell phone is provided, with the understanding that you will respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers to provide superior customer service Manage and over see all employees in your location Responsible for hiring, training and terminating employees Will have Keyholder responsibilities Ensure your location is always open on time and functions properly Limited Responsibility handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse Ensure dispatch deliveries go out in a timely manner Education & Knowledge for Operational Manager:
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills Must maintain a clean driving record Superior interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated Must work well under pressure Ability to multi-task Job Type:
