Qualifications:
Experience as a Regional Administrator is preferred Willing to consider a strong Administrator looking to move up Valid Administrator license in NY Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience Must be willing to travel & live locally Must be a self-starter and energetic Proven Leadership & Management skills Strong verbal & written communication skill
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
