Ability to deliver content using various media and electronic delivery channels.
Working in consultation with the Training Manager, the Training Associate reviews all content to ensure the learning objectives are clearly defined including but not limited to technical/system training, job skills training and compliance.
Assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling, room logistics, and material preparation.
Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive material.
Education/Experience 4 year college degree or equivalent education/work experience.
Prior training experience and facilitation skills preferred with increased levels of responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience required.
Skills and Abilities Supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent listening, communication skills are necessary.
Organizational, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
Ability to function in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Problem solving/decision making skills.
Critical thinker in the development and assessment of participant progress and course content.
Skilled in delivering instructional material appropriate to varying audiences.
Proficient in facilitating and delivering training through various channels as appropriate (in person, virtual, webinars, etc.
).
Demonstrates a strong training aptitude Proficient PC Skills.
Must possess a willingness to learn new systems in business areas for which the incumbent may have limited prior experience.
Position requires a confidence and positive attitude to master specific aspects of technology, systems, policy and procedure and convey that knowledge and confidence to those receiving the information and skills.
Independent decision-maker.
Unique Job Requirements & Characteristics Valid Driver's License required.
Travel to various training sites throughout the footprint as needed which may involve overnight stays.
