Present workshops and training programs on a variety of employment related topics Develop new training programs in cooperation with the Executive Director Coordinate guest speakers, special presenters, and programs.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with local businesses and Human Resource Directors.
Conduct community outreach and class recruitment activities.
Coordinate class graduation activities.
Write/edit client r sum s and assist with the development of employment materials.
Provide career counseling and coaching services.
Prepare clients for job interviews by assisting with employer research and conducting mock interviews.
Conduct extensive and detailed client intakes.
Write reports and track service numbers Accurately enter services into statewide services software Must be willing to become a trained mediator - agency will provide training Experience in Human Resources helpful Outreach Responsibilities Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users Plan social media activities to coincide with special events, classes, and recruitment efforts Assist in promoting all activities/events through radio and television opportunities, print publications, email promotions, and other mediums Write press releases (will train) Requirements Bachelor's degree in a human service, or communications related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXCELLENT written communication skills, in both formal and informal contexts.
Exceptional oral communication skills, both in an individual and a group/ public context.
Must be sensitive to women's issues, particularly women in transition who are attempting to re-enter the workforce.
A non-judgmental attitude is critically important.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs and Zoom Will provide training to qualified candidate Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
