Communicate with Pharmacy & nursing staff to ensure timely medication regimen reviews Develop Plan of Corrections with Interdisciplinary team in response to annual survey recertification deficiencies (if applicable) Participate/ Ensure appropriate implementation of Emergency Planning as mandated by State/Federal Regulation Ensure Q.

Compliance of Nursing Staff Communicate with Medical Staff changes in policies/facility protocol Determining staffing needs Provide disciplinary action as appropriate Develop performance criteria, perform annual reviews Perform environmental rounds Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Direct or supervise licensed & non-licensed personnel direct care staff.
Consult and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans.
Make rounds of units to ensure personnel are performing their assignments.
