We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess manufactured housing community experience, oversee daily operations, and ensure operational efficiency.
Duties:
- Direct the daily operations through community maintenance and management personnel - Work with on-site personnel to ensure work orders are completed timely - Work closely with home set contractors and all vendors to achieve timeframes from home arrival to Certificate of Occupancy - Collaborate with sales team to achieve business objectives - Work with local municipalities on all permits and inspections - Respond to emergency calls and have the ability to delegate/coordinate responses - Monitor community curb appeal ensuring teams are following through with violations as necessary - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Experience in the manufactured housing industry - Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and project management - Excellent supervisory and communication skills Join us as the Regional Operations Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving operational excellence.
